All services provided by Laksha Solutions are initiated after mutual agreement on deliverables, timelines, and payments. Our refund policy applies to specific circumstances detailed below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of payment, provided no significant portion of work has been completed.
• Refunds will not be issued once the project scope is approved and development has started.
• For hosting, domain, or third-party tools purchased on your behalf, refunds are not applicable as these are non-reversible costs.

3. Service-Specific Policies

• Website Development: Partial refunds may be considered only if the project is in early planning stages and no design or coding work has begun.
• Digital Marketing / SEO: Since these are ongoing, time-based services, refunds are not applicable once campaigns have started.
• Software / App Development: Once source code or deliverables are shared, no refund will be granted.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients can request cancellation by contacting us via email at sales@lakshasolutions.com. Cancellations made before work commencement may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative fees.

5. Refund Process

• All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Payments

• Domain registration, hosting plans, SSL certificates.
• Third-party subscriptions or integrations.
• Custom software modules developed as per client specification.

7. Dispute Resolution

All refund-related disputes will be resolved amicably through discussion. If unresolved, the matter will be governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
